This position will

• Have responsibility for all 7/24 Level 2 Operations in a proactive manner for corresponding products and services
• Administrate Linux, Microsoft OS-based applications servers
• Install, administrate, monitor, troubleshooting of applications and services, running on Red Hat OpenShift, Core Kubernetes, Docker, Devops platforms
• Design, Install, administrate, monitor, troubleshooting of applications and services running on Public, Private, HYBRID cloud solutions (such as Red Hat OpenShift, RHEV, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Plan and ensure accurate communication with all Stakeholders, issue periodic status and capacity reports
• Provide after-hours support for emergencies and planned maintenance activities
• Conduct requirements analysis, prepare technical specifications, and perform POC and tests.
• Document processes, procedures and operational activities
• Manage the change management process
• Manage the maintenance and support processes
• Manage incident and problem management processes
• Create the test cases for the applications under their responsibility, when necessary, and conduct such tests
• Maintain inventory and asset configuration

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Experience in application operation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Red Hat Linux Server operating system and application administration, hardening processes, Python, Ruby, and Shell Scripting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in on Public, Private, HYBRID cloud operations
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Core Kubernetes, Docker, Devops, Middleware Applications
• Basic database (MSSQL, Oracle, Kafka vb.) knowledge
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certificates are a plus
• Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Azure Architect certificates are a plus
• RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) certificate is a plus
