About The Role:

IT Service Management and Process Specialist supports delivery projects by providing coordination between solution teams and infrastructure teams, also manages infrastructure projects and PoC processes and coordinates infrastructure process improvements.

This position will
  • Review, design, generate and improve IT processes (Service Request, Problem Management, Operational Incident Management, Asset Management, etc.) and process maps
  • Automate and simplify IT processes
  • Specify the required performance monitoring metrics of IT processes
  • Plan, design and execute solutions within Infrastructure Department to reach specific goals agreed within the team.
  • Analyze the performance metrics and quality control measures and report periodically
  • Conduct requirements analysis, prepare technical specifications, and perform POC and tests
  • Document processes, procedures and operational activities
  • Prepares and presents presentations if needed
  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration
  • To ensure coordination between the infrastructure and other teams
  • Being coordinator for architectural/system/application bottlenecks or problems as observed on application/system
  • Organize, manage and follow the coordination meetings
  • Support and coordinate the all deliveries projects in terms of infrastructure tasks and issues
  • Ensuring the reporting of information security vulnerabilities and coordination for the solution of the delivery teams
  • Managing projects or PoCs if needed

  • Preferred knowledge on ITIL processes
  • Knowledge on PMI processes
  • Network and security knowledge
  • System and infrastructure architectural knowledge
  • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Open to continuous learning and Development
  • Professionality on MS Office tools
  • Experienced in contributing to large scale organizations
  • Experienced in aviation related industry
  • At least 5 years experience in the field of Service Coordination or Infrastructure Project Management
