RPA Business Analyst

About The Role:

RPA Business Analyst works as a part of the team to coordinate business units and the rest of the RPA team as well as other departments within IT. This position will work with business units to identify and assess business processes that can be automated with RPA and decide on which processes to automate by analyzing their value and ROI.

  • Identifying automation opportunities by analyzing business processes
  • Working with business units for defining ROI of business processes and suggesting RPA approaches and strategies
  • Setting an environment for remodeling the business processes for their automation potentials
  • Preparing detailed as-is and to-be workflows of business processes and PDD (Project Design Document) documents
  • Forming RPA customer architecture and solution suggestions based on scalability and extendibility
  • Developing project plans for potential implementation projects
  • Dealing with purchasing contracts of their related projects
  • Having social skills that enables collaboration with team members and stakeholders
How do we describe the perfect match?
  • University degree or equivalent in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience in workflow design (MS Visio preferred)
  • Proven working experience with RPA Tools for at least 2 years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Advanced knowledge in any RPA tool ( UiPath, Blue Prism, …) and having related Business Analyst Diploma is a plus
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Experience in writing simple SQL queries for data analysis
  • Ability to prepare as-is and to-be workflow diagrams (using MS Visio or similar tools) and PDD (Process Design Document)
  • Ability to learn new RPA tools and Technologies easily
  • Having basic software knowledge
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming knowledge (C#, Python,VB.Net)
  • IIBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Preferably familiar with software processes and methodologies
  • Ability to create RPA projects and upload them as a package.
  • Knowledge of network, security and infrastructure technologies and standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
