About The Role:

RPA Developer works as a part of the team to design, develop and test Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using RPA tools (UiPath etc.) as well as integrating any other solutions (SQL, Web services, OCR, macros, forms, NLP, machine learning etc) whenever necessary.

How do we describe the perfect match?
  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good Object-Oriented Programming knowledge (C#, Python,VB.Net)
  • Proven working experience with RPA Tools for at least 2 years (Uipath is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Certified in at least one of the industry leading RPA Products
  • Ability to manage exception handling in automation processes
  • Working experience with Web/API environments (HTTP,RESTful,web services), Frontend (HTML,CSS,JS) , MSSQL, Office Applications (Excel VBA Macro)
  • Developing hyper automation cases by integrating Machine Learning, Image Recognition, Document Understanding/OCR, NLP, Artificial Intelligence, AI Fabric etc.
  • Good knowledge of Process Mining, OCR Technologies
  • Understanding workflow diagrams, PDD (Process Design Document) and preparing TDD (technical design documents)
  • Ability to learn new RPA tools and Technologies
  • Having data structure and algorithm knowledge
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of business analysis processes and methodologies, analysis techniques
  • Preferably familiar with software processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and building high-performance, highly available and scalable RPA Processes.
  • Knowledge of network, security and infrastructure technologies and standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
