Understand the customer’s needs and identify their requirements; explore and synthesize information s/he has obtained from various sources in the corporation; conduct detailed analysis; present solution suggestions
Prepare analysis documents, carry out the relevant SAP BPC / BIIP adaptations and developments
Meet the incoming support and change requests
Create the test cases for the applications under their responsibility, when necessary, and conduct such tests
Follow up demands and projects for the products and services to be outsourced, prepare RFP, RFI and purchasing documentation, determine project budget, manage the purchasing and contracting process activities, review the vendor proposals, and prepare an evaluation report
Carry out project management as well as preparation, issuance and management of all project documents in compliance with the project management processes
Ensure preparation of detailed project plans
Plan and ensure accurate communication with all project stakeholders, issue periodic status reports
How do we describe the perfect match?
Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP BPC / BIIP applications; holding SAP certificate preferred
Having worked in at least 3 SAP BPC / BIIP budgeting - planning projects and 2 BPC consolidation projects from start to finish (Project names must be given)
Good command of SAP ABAP, BIIP FOX, BPC Script, HANA Script programming languages and BW modeling/data resources
For male candidates; having completed or being exempt from military service
At least bachelor’s degree from 4-year universities (the candidates who have graduated from foreign universities abroad have to submit CHE (Turkish Council of Higher Education) Equivalence Certificate for their departments)
Experienced with business analysis processes and methodologies, analysis techniques (use case, data analysis, process analysis, prioritization, requirement management, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, responsibility analysis, and interface analysis, etc.)
Experience in purchasing and contracting processes, and the techniques (RFP, RFI, RFQ, Vendor Proposal, etc.) used in these processes
Experience in SAP project management processes and methodologies
Good command of software development life cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Release Management) Ability to follow up multiple works, priorities, and projects simultaneously, and effective use of time management
Experience in change management
Knowledge of maintenance and support processes
