This position will

• Provide consulting services and functional expertise on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Maintain SAP payroll schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCR’s)
• Have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll
• Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
• Design, customize, configure and test the SAP HCM functionalities
• Deliver high quality, efficient solutions through innovative approaches to dynamic business processes
• Gather information, determine alternatives and requirements, estimate development hours, create technical design documents
• Prepare project plans and carry out project management when needed

• 3+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience
• Minimum 3 full cycle project implementations
• Experience in SAP Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Time Management and Payroll modules
• Experience in functional configuration of SAP Payroll including schemas and PCR’s
• Knowledge of accounting standards and payroll integration with finance
• Strong knowledge in enterprise and personnel structures, wage types, legal reports etc.
• Experience in SAP project management processes and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree at related fields
• Good command of the English language
