About The Role:

The Application Management Professionals will be responsible for implementing operational improvements, ensuring service availability, identifying and automating manual processes, monitoring computer systems and building alerts for various operational issues that computer systems can experience.

This position will

Service Ownership:

  • Management skills to ensure the operational leadership of services.
  • Determining operational requirements (SLAs, KPIs, procedures, processes), the needs according to the performance and user experience in the system and making referrals to the relevant teams,
  • Responsibility of the life cycle of services and their components. Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
  • Making alarm definitions for all our applications and services. To take the necessary measures for the system to run smoothly. Intervention of critical problems 7/24.

Incident, Problem Management:

  • Troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve application failures/seizures, customer complaints, commissioning required by the operation team
  • Leading postmortem actions, root cause analysis
  • To provide and solution of customer complaints at L2 level

Monitoring, Alerting:

  • Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system heath
  • Modeling logs using Graylog, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana applications, establishing mechanisms to generate alarms for potential problems, routing for performance tuning

Continuous Integration and Delivery:

  • Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
  • Leading deployment process, (Cab and go live phases)
  • Deciding the success of deployment and if necessary decide to rollback
  • Follow up and analyze the application and service errors and to solve the problems.

  • Preferred knowledge on ITIL processes
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • System and infrastructure architectural knowledge

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Good command of the English language
