About The Role:

We’re seeking system administrators who will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of crew planning systems. In this role, you will receive training to help you have technological skills on a worldwide level.

This position will
  • Managing installations, configurations, and capacity planning of crew planning systems
  • Making improvements and performance adjustments against changing conditions
  • Monitoring performance and faulty situations by defining alarm and warning mechanisms
  • Compliance with information security regulations
  • Managing the change management process
  • Managing the maintenance and support processes
  • Managing incident and problem solving processes and performing root cause analysis
  • Documenting processes, procedures and operational activities
How do we describe the perfect match?
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Basic database and network knowledge
  • Experience in Python, SQL and IBM MQ is a plus
  • Experience in source code versioning tools (GIT or Mercurial is a plus)
  • Experience in capacity planning, troubleshooting, SLA/OLA management and the other operational activities
  • Positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive individuals who can travel internationally for technical courses, conferences and other events organized by product vendor
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Open to continuous learning and development
  • Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree at related fields
