Successful candidate will
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Extract and analyze data from various sources to drive optimization and improvement of operational effectiveness, marketing techniques and business strategies
- Create and deploy end-to-end machine learning models that influence stakeholders, increase operational performance and impact customer experience
- Deal with huge datasets from different domains, gather, cleanse and prepare for model execution
- Tell the story with the data through data visualization, highlighting clear strategic direction and insights to stakeholders
- Closely collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers and software engineers to create superior data products
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience in applying advanced analytics techniques to improve and solve problems in different domains (customer analytics, demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, various cost optimization problems, etc.)
- Strong intellectual curiosity (asking questions like “why don’t we…”, “what if we…”) and proactive thinking
- Data visualization skills and ability to communicate data insights
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking, creative problem-solving capabilities
