This position will

• Lead, coordinate, execute and monitor complex projects; across multiple stakeholders, in-house teams, 3rd party service providers, vendors, allocating resources and ensuring their availabilities by effectively communicating, mitigating risks and removing roadblocks as they while staying within budget, scope and time frame for a seamless delivery
• Coordinate and assist in the definiton of project goal and scope and feasibility studies, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Create a detailed project schedule and work plan by using the Feasibility as an input to meet the needs of the relevant stakeholders
• Timely measure project performance, clearly document relevant items, and generate reports using appropriate tools and techniques
• Follow the deviations in the Project scope, time and quality. Planning and executing necessary corrective and preventing actions including escalate them to the Top Management or related parties with the necessary details at the right time
• Manage the activities of preparing specifications, tender and contract process for the products and services to be outsourced
• Manage changes in projects in accordance with the Change Management Procedure
• Operate the Risk Management Processes in order to minimize the project risks
• Plan communication with all Project stakeholders, ensuring it flawlessly; manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
• Provide regular Project Status Reports to Project Sponsor, key stakeholders and project team
• Prepare, publish and manage all required project documents in accordance with the project management process

Requirements

• Experienced in using Project Management Tools such as CA PPM, HP PPM, JIRA and MS Project
• Results driven mindset
• Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
• Customer oriented, visionary, proactive, resourceful, decisive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
• Able to think analytically, have the ability to solve complex problems and follow multiple priorities and projects at the same time
• Preferably worked as a Project Manager in multinational projects
• Able to work in challenging and complex environments

Experience and background

• Minimum 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years as Project Manager
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering at related areas
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Good command of the English language
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other supportive reporting tools
• Experienced in contract process and management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and web Technologies
