About The Role:

A Risk Management Specialist runs the overall risk management process within the organization. It is expected from this role to sense and see the potential risks and opportunities within the environment and raise the flag ensuring to take the necessary actions regarding.

This position will
  • Establish and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related policies and procedures
  • Identify, measure, evaluate and follow risks and actions to avoid/mitigate risk
  • Be responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting current and emerging risks in line with ISO 31000 Risk Management System Standards
  • Improve the organization's risk management maturity level
  • Coordinate risk management activities with department managers and related responsible teams
  • Be responsible for organizing the Q-based meetings for Directors and above to review the risks
  • Develop and present regular reporting activities to Risk Management Committee
  • Determine operational and company wise risk limits and monitor violations
  • Be responsible for identification of risks associated with programs to change service, governance or IT infrastructure and monitoring of them
  • Evaluate employees’ risk awareness and train them when necessary collaborate with functional departments to resolve issues and maintain compliance

How do we describe the perfect match?
  • Graduation from Computer, Industrial Engineering departments, or Computer Technologies and Information Systems department of universities preferred
  • Experience in Risk Management domain
  • Good command of English
  • Holding at least one of the industry certificates like COSO, ISO 31000 IA
  • Research, examination, querying and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology processes
